Today the Droskyn Sundial sits at the top of the cliff that overlooks Perren Bay. The sundial shows Cornish times, 20 minutes behind GMT. The striking Droskyn Sundial was constructed to mark the new Millennium.
The site was formerly part of Droskyn Mine and is below the Droskyn car park on the grassy cliff top beside the beach path. The area has been landscaped using granite, cobbles and grass.
The mine itself has disappeared, and very little appears to have been written about it.
