The vineyard is in a sunny, south facing slope above the River Camel, about 2 miles west of Bodmin in Cornwall
Traditional vineyard practices combined with a New World approach to wine making ensure high quality white, red and sparkling wines from the 8000 vines.
The area's mild climate, concentration of clear sunlight, and pure air give the Camel Valley wines a distinctive fresh Cornish style. The wines have won numerous awards including the 1999 UKVA President's Trophy for the best wine of any vintage, class or style, and have been used to represent Cornwall in the House of Lords, the Southampton Boat Show, CBI conference and many other prestigious events at home and abroad
The crisp clean white wines enhance the flavours of many fish and white meat dishes and also make an excellent apperitif.
Camel Valley red wines are fresh and fruity, with a wonderful aroma.
While Camel Valley Brut is Cornwall's first and finest sparkling wine. Made in the traditional method, "Cornwall" is perfect for all celebrations.
All the wines are suitable for vegetarians.
